Happy Life is a project that seeks to provide a solution to challenges faced in resolving issues related reproductive health in the context of today’s society. It recognizes that the problems of the younger generation are changing and that the preferred mode of communication is also changing. Happy Life provides an effective means of providing reliable and timely information through counseling services accessible through multiple channels – Interactive Voice Response (IVR), SMS, Web Chat and the Internet.
