Producer’s Description

VAM Browser is a Voice Activated Mobile Browser for both Android and Windows phones. It responds to a set of predefined commonly used commands, reads the web page for the user and manages downloads efficiently through the Download Manager which has an advanced feature to support pause/ resume of download. The voice command function will reduce time spent on keying in words in the main search text field, while the reader will read out the web page content allowing user to engage himself in other works. The browser has the added functionality of an easy to use bookmark and history manager. Some useful Short cuts are also added to commonly accessed sites. This app  is suited for use by vision impaired people although not specifically designed for them.
